Shiona Gardiner

Prior to being called to the Bar, Shiona was a Senior lecturer
at the University of Brighton, teaching a wide range of
courses from Diploma to Masters. Before that, she was a
manager in the NHS.
Shiona now practices Crime, Family and Care proceedings,
General Common Law and is instructed to appear regularly
in Courts at all levels.
Due to past experience Shiona can prepare Advices/Opinions
regarding Personal Injury/Medical Negligence quickly and
efficiently.
Shiona contributed to the Legal Chapter of Chellell, A.
2000 Resuscitation A Guide for Nurses (Churchill Livingstone
Edinburgh).
She is a member of the Criminal Bar Association, Kent Bar
Mess and the South Eastern Circuit.
