Peter is a former Police Officer from Greater Manchester.

After being called to the Bar he went to Hong Kong and practiced mainly at the Criminal Bar, prosecuting and defending cases in all courts, doing appeals up to the Court of Appeal and advising on appeals to the Privy Council and Court of Final Appeal.

He has assisted in defence cases in China, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Egypt and Germany. Peter is also fluent in Cantonese.
