1.3.10 – Lydia Slee accepts the offer of Tenancy
Chambers is delighted to announce that Lydia Slee has accepted
the offer of Tenancy following the successful completion
of her Pupillage.
Chambers would like to congratulate Lydia and wish her all
the best in her future career with us.
20.5.09 CAFCASS – The Way Forward (Seminar)
Chambers would like to invite you to join us on the evening
of Thursday 11 June 2009 for a Seminar on Cafcass – The
way forward. The Seminar will begin at 5pm and conclude
at 7pm. A full programme is available on our ‘Seminar/Workshop’
page.
As most practitioners will probably be aware, there are
to be changes in CAFCASS in Kent and to talk us through
those changes and what the vision will be for 2009-2010
will be Mr Trevor Wynn and Vanessa Ewing.
The deadline for Applications has been extended to the 5 June 2009.

21.2.09 Kent Chambers welcome’s Pupil
Chambers is pleased to announce that Lydia Slee has been
selected for Pupillage following an intense application
and interview process.
Chambers would like to Congratulate Lydia on her successful
application.
Chambers is hopeful of being able to offer further Pupillages
in the future and we would encourage anyone interested to
keep an eye on our website and re-apply when appropriate.
13.1.09 Kent Chambers now accepting applications
for one first six Pupil
Kent Chambers has now been given the relevant dispensation
to allow us to advertise for applications for 1 first six

8.10.08 Kevin Sparks steps down as Head of Chambers
Kent Chambers wishes to announce that Kevin Sparks has
stepped down as Head of Chambers, but will remain in full
time practice. We wish to thank Kevin for all his help and
leadership over the past 12 years. We congratulate Alex
Scott-Phillips on his appointment as Head of Chambers with
immediate effect
16.7.08 Kent Chambers currently not accepting
work experience students
Chambers will not be accepting work experience students
at this present time. Chambers continues to welcome Mini-pupils.
